**Vacante para la empresa Casino en Insurgentes Sur -Benito Juárez, Ciudad de México**: Your duties:

- Organize and conduct soft-skills training and learning events online and offline
- Support of development process on-the-job
- Conduct activities prior to training and post-training
- Prepare regular training report and administration
- Work with various systems and documents
- Monitor TnD progress and indicators
- Experience in direct sales and VIP customer service from 1 year
- On-the-job training experience (mentoring/supervision)
- Knowledge of English language from B1 level
- Knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) from mid of confident user level
- Knowledge of online and offline training techniques as well as experience in conducting trainings and webinars on soft skills (sales and negotiation skills, time-management, stress
- management and others) will be an advantage
