**Business Unit Manager**

**Experience**:
bachelor's degree
Experience of 5 onwards as head of the Administration of the INDUSTRIAL BRANCH business unit
Advanced English (essential)
KPIS AND CRM

**Functions**:

- Billing Adm and monthly sales reports.
- Meet the sales target declared by Management
- Supervise, execute and improve sales plans, programs and strategies.
- Make strategic alliances with the cement and concrete commercial area.
- Ensure a sufficient Operating Margin to guarantee the development of the business.
- Exercising the cost of the branch at your expense.
- Supervise the proper control and management of the branch's inventories.
- Maintain strict observance of the normality of the Portfolio and Collection operation.
- Coordinate the human resources in charge, ensuring a work environment that facilitates the growth of the business and favors permanence in the company.
- Be accountable for the health and safety results of the business unit under their charge.
- Safeguard, supervise and evaluate the optimization of the use of material resources (furniture, computer equipment, transport equipment, documentation, etc.)
