Your Key Responsibilities Will Include As a DRAM Engineering Group (DEG) Layout Designer Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for creating physical layout of transistors, resistors, and capacitors for analog circuits used in the development of memory products. This includes building layout that meets the process rules and verifying that it matches the schematic. In addition, layout designers work on floor planning, routing, and power bus design. As an analogy layout engineer , you will be working with an exceptionally talented, passionate core team collaborating with peer teams crossing Micron global footprint, in a multiple projects-based environment. Successful candidates for this position will also have: • Course work in CMOS Circuit Design and VLSI • Course work that included creating physical layout of circuits • Knowledge and experience using Cadence Virtuoso • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • A self-motivated,
