Sueldo ocultoRemoto: MéxicoEmpleado de tiempo completoNível de Inglés: Nível Avanzado**IT Business Analyst**Activities:- The IT Business Analyst monitors and measures relevant performance metrics to assess the performance of IT resources and optimizes performance through process improvement activities.- The IT Business Analyst work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.- The IT Business Analyst devises measures and targets to assess and optimize the performance of IT functions, services, projects and any related improvement initiative.- Identifies and analyzes performance measures and metrics, develops and maintains balanced scorecards and dashboards, and evaluates and monitors performance in IT-related areas.- Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas.- Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires mínimal direction and receives guidance where needed.- Follows established guidelines/procedures.
**Skills**:- Experience in problem analysis and process documentation- Experience with Microsoft office suite- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences- We are looking for someone to help write requirements in ADO and Jira.- We also need someone to help document tribal knowledge that is an Architect's head so the rest of the team has access to it.Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree- 3-5 years of technical experience
