As a Business Development Manager, you will work closely with the project teams, including engineers, estimators, and operations personnel, providing strategic guidance to identify potential clients and projects. You will build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry partners, and government agencies, to position Kiewit Mexico as a preferred contractor for project-based opportunities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive project-based revenue growth.
- Identify and evaluate potential project opportunities in the Mexican market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry partners, and government agencies.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop competitive proposals and lead the bid process.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify strategic opportunities.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
- Proven track record in driving project-based revenue growth.
- Strong network of contacts within the Mexican market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
