Supervise all our guest needs during their stay and help our guest with: Reservations, special events, minibar service personalization, give orientation about the rooms in the arrival and taking care of the baggage, unpacking and packing, anticipate to our guest preferences.
Our expectation is that the Butlers go beyond the service to create extra special moments to all our guests.
About You
Higschool or university degree, minumum experience 2 years in the position Bilingual Spanish/English, especific knowledge of Food and Beverages, Public Relations, Knowledge of our the brand and property, basic knowledge of Opera sistem, bar service and computer skills, Organized.
habilitiy to accomplish in time manner, extrover, great interpersonal skills, precise communicaction, hability to work underpresure and detail oriented
