A Butler Manager is responsible for managing the first impressions of our Guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:Supervise daily Concierge operationsSet Departmental objectives, work schedules, budgets, policies and proceduresMonitor the appearance, standards and performance of the Concierge Team Members with an emphasis on training and teamworkEnsure Team Members have current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and policies as well as a good knowledge of the local areaMonitor Guest satisfaction reports and implement actions to improve resultsMaintain good communication and working relationships with all hotel areasProject a professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and Guest serviceAct in accordance with policies and procedures when working with front of house equipment and property management systemsAttend Front of House/Hotel meetings, as requiredWhat are we looking for?Butler Manager serving Hilton brands are always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.
