Buyer Analyst

**What you'll do**:

- Ensure timely deliveries of all non-production materials (MRO) and services adhering to legal and internal control processes

A. Control processing orders, MRO consignment, shipments, request for quotes (RFQs), PO's creation, and bidding process, etc.
- B. Attend internal customers and Requisitions Support to Users

C. Attend daily meetings with manufacturing, clutch and assembly lines

D. Participates in or contributing to get costs outs objectives.

E. Review and solves on hold invoices markview

F. Review and solves AP12 & AP13 error Mexico PO Report

G. Support and solve error report EIMG (two ledgers)

H. Process set ups (new suppliers, changes for TCO Mexico and Monterrey)

I. Process set ups (new suppliers, changes for Swiss Co)

J. Promotes the company's vision by actively supporting Eaton's ethics and values as well as quality policies.

K. Support with suppliers' new evaluations processes required due to different audit requirements like DNV, OEA, SOX

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, administration or related.
- Minimum 2 years in purchasing

**Skills**:

- English - language capability, speaking, reading & writing required
- Customer service
- Must be proactive and results oriented
- Cost analysis, negotiation skills, communications skill, foreign purchasing management and coordination
