**The successful applicant will be responsible for**:
- Identifies opportunity areas in order to negotiate based on annual Spend of the hotels in the different regions.- Prepares bidding schedule, according to the assigned categories.
- Executes bidding process for every assigned category: establishes commercial and technical conditions, invites suppliers to participate, receives proposals, makes comparison charts and assigns the supplier.
- Overviews contract signature with selected suppliers.
- Updates corporate supplier catalogue.
- Gives maintenance to the Central Catalogue.
- Performs other duties or special projects as required or as assigned by a manager
**Job requirements**:
- **Bachelor Degree in Administrative Areas, Tourism, or International Trade**:
- 2 Years in Corporate position or 4 Years as Purchasing Manager at hotel level.
- Advanced use of Excel and Power Point
- English: at least 70% or able to have business conversations.
- Basic knowledge of International Trade.
- Advanced Negotiation Skills.
