Buyer

**Responsibilities**:- Issue purchase orders for indirect materials- Issue and expedite purchase orders with suppliers/ carriers- Communication with McAllen warehouse personnel and import/export to bring material across the border- Analyze indirect material shortages- Watch spend on autobuy items- Assist in preparing e-bid events in Ariba and execute them.- Assist Receiving and A/P departments in reconciling invoices.- Update KPI for MRO Department and publish them**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineer or similar.- Bilingual preferebly.- Good to advanced Excel skills, to prepare reports, charts and analysis.- Knowledge of Oracle.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
