**Requirements**:
Advanced english.
**Professional career**: Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related.
At least 3 years experience in the area.
Microsoft Office.
Master the company system, familiar with the company's business process.
Familiar with quality management system, procurement related legal knowledge.
**Responsabilities**:
According to new project requirements, cooperate with technical staff to search and screen suppliers and new materials that meet the standard requirements.
Collect new supplier information, conduct preliminary assessment to ensure that suppliers meet the requirements and standards.
Follow up the development progress of new materials and suppliers.
Responsible for material inquiry, price comparison, price negotiation and cost analysis, responsible for purchase price control.
To negotiate and manage the purchase account period, optimize the account period, and improve the operating efficiency of funds.
Responsible for the signing of annual procurement contracts with qualified suppliers.
Purchase order formulation and delivery tracking.
And supplier reconciliation, billing, invoice entry and fund use approval and other related business handling.
