Buyer

**Job description**
- 1. Attending purchasing requests from user department and understanding material specifications for both production and non-production.
- 2. Quote, negotiation, and price comparison to obtain competitive suppliers. Developing new suppliers for critical production supplies.
- 3. Using company system OA for material purchasing inquiry and SAP for purchase order and invoice receiving.
- 4. Following up with suppliers for on-time delivery, cooperating with accountant for invoice and payment.
- 5. Purchasing paperwork such as creating purchase order, receiving invoices, basic purchasing report and data analysis.
- 6. Cooperating with logistic and warehouse team for physically material receiving and inventory control.
- 7. International purchase from the US and China, cooperating with Imp&Exp team for bringing material in.
- 8. Other supporting work required.

**Job requirements**
- 1. Bachelor's degree in university.
- 2. Expert in Microsoft Office.
- 3. Intermediate to advanced English.
- 4. Experience in SAP is a plus.
- 5. Experience in purchase material planning.
- 6. 2+ year experience in purchasing related filed, experience in manufacturing facility is a plus.
- 7. Skills in communication, negotiation and cost saving.
- 8. Fast learner and high efficiency.

- Lunes a viernes
- Turno de 10 horas
