**Job Summary**
- Analyze Negotiate and Execute the acquisition of Raw Material for the company assuring a timely, cost effective and quality delivery from the Supply Base.
Perform according the Company Commercial policies, Internal control, managing properly the supply to Operations and the correct balance in terms of cash flow.
Develops cost reduction and lean initiatives through pricing, make vs buy and re-localization.
**Primary Responsibilities**
- Execute MRP Orders to Purchase Order placement, follow up with Suppliers until delivery in Receiving, and manage the improvement of OTD Supplier performance.
- Responds to solve conflicts related to prices, payments, discrepancies, with moderate complexity.
Solves and expedites overdue purchase orders and obtain authorizations to change suppliers.
- Requires keeping updated knowledge on applicable regulations for purchase and transportation of national and international materials.
- Document quoting according to Internal Control policy
- Work on Lean initiatives and cost reduction projects internal and external.
Improve flow by localizing suppliers and sourcing activity.
- Follow up on MRB flow and resolution.

**Education/Previous Experience Requirements**
- Professional Degree / or in the job training experience.
- More than 3 years' experience.
- Advanced Level of English Fluency.
- APICS desirable.
