Job Summary
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a _Buyer Facilities Managment_ located in _Guadalajara, north_._
- Reporting to the Commodity Manager Indirect, the Buyer Facilities Managment role will be coordinating activities involved with procuring indirect materials._

What a typical day looks like:

- _ Using different forms of caring
- e-auction, sealed, open care._
- _ Procurement of non-standard materials on aQuire basis._
- _ Ongoing and close participation with cross-functional teams, the global IP team, and the Flex GBS team._
- _ Processing the requests received in the aQuire system within 48 hours, sending out the request for proposal._
- _ Compare the offers and select the best one - Cost and Quality._
- _ Interpreting contracts, dealing with the legal department representative and cross-functional areas, arranging signatures, and ensuring mailing._
- _ Overall management of global projects, knowledge of KPI, and drive to meet them._
- _ Knowledge of and compliance with the procurement processes defined in the integrated management system._
- _ Sending out samples, and organizing transport with the help of transport managers where necessary._
- _ Continuous monitoring, maintenance, and updating of minimum stocks (as part of the job)._
- _ Handling and processing of Titan and AP._

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

- _ BA/BS or equivalent work experience_
- _ Previous experience in procurement._
- _ Advanced English level_
- _ Office Skills_
- _ Nice to have Project management experience_
