- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in purchasing (+2 years of experience) within the automotive industry, with a focus on HV components preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective supplier relationships.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and cost analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations, standards, and quality requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in using procurement and supply chain management tools and software.
