About the RoleMajor Accountabilities: Analyzing specifications for optimization, linking specifications to customer value, and conveying messages clearly to convince stakeholders.Deriving game-changing strategies by defining clear category objectives, working with analytical data, business stakeholders, and market expertise, while aligning strategies to measurable targets.Understanding category market levers, trends, main players, and internal processes.Analyzing problems, considering alternatives, and making timely, balanced recommendations and business decisions.Planning, organizing, and managing projects, taking into account priorities, resources, budgets, issues, and constraints to achieve desired results; defining clear project scope and objectives; utilizing software and tools to plan, track, and report status.Managing supplier relationships, covering supplier strategy, collaboration, development, lifecycle management, and performance management.Role Requirements: University/Advanced degree is required.2 years of Procurement and contracting experience.Experience navigating global, matrix organizations across geographies and cultures.Experience in sourcing processes (e.g., RFI/RFQ), negotiation strategies, project management, good communication, collaboration skills, and market analysis capabilities to drive operational excellence.Advanced English proficiency.Functional Area: Procurement
