**Objective**
Buyer MC is responsible for Indirect Material Purchases that meet specific internal customer requirements and Nemak Standards.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Purchase of Indirect Materials that meet specific internal customer requirements and Nemak Standards.
- Verify requisition information, trigger RFQs, evaluate proposals, identify standardization opportunities/simplification, and create purchase orders.
- Supplier Development: Resolve conflicts related to suppliers, compliance with purchasing agreements, manage supplier workload, provide feedback about supplier performance.
- Coordination with Departments: Work together with purchasing departments, internal customers, and suppliers to resolve problems. Maintain respectful and objective interactions with suppliers and employees. Assure continuous improvement with suppliers, processes, and initiatives. Promptly resolve conflicts assuring alignment with Nemak values.
- Organize and prioritize activities to fulfill internal customer´s needs and manage to have a constant performance in the department.
- Main KPI's: PR Aging, PO Aging, CIP, NWC, URG, IAFT, MMOG, Supplier Base Portfolio.
- Have the ownership and drive his vendor portfolio for the BU, looking forward to opportunities that bring benefits.
**Position Requirements**
- Bachelors in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Commerce, or similar.
- English Advanced.
- SAP, Tableau, Knowledge Supplier Evaluation/Management.
- 3-5 years of purchasing or similar roles in a manufacturing environment.
