**Requeriments**:

- Bachelor´s degree
- Bilingual English/ Spanish
- Highly detail oriented; excel at organization & time management
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook & Excel, Google docs/sheets
- Quick study to learn proprietary software
- General knowledge of supply chain management.
- Apparel & Accessory manufacturing experience/understanding preferred

**Description**:

- Source new projects, including costing with multiple suppliers.
- Communicate with Costing team & Purchasing to confirm cost/suppliers.
- Ensure that cost & dates on purchase orders are correct BEFORE POs are sent suppliers.
- Creates & Maintains Time and Action Calendar (T&A) in OTS system.
- Work to ensure that production schedules are met, and shipments are completed on time.
- Ensure all sample, trims, prints strike offs etc.. submissions and approvals are met as per the set T&A.
- Updates externally from/with overseas suppliers - agents or other contact persons
- Updates internally from/with account managers, technical design, art departments and sales
- Ensure that all teams are aware of progress of full package orders
- Creative problem solving when production issues arise
