MISSION
To collaborate to achieve economic, quality, service purchasing targets and the project team's objectives. To manage all assigned suppliers and lead all purchasing activities for assigned projects.
GENERAL FUNCTIONS
Negotiate with suppliers to achieve business objectives.
Lead all the assigned suppliers' problems, following the escalation matrix.
Manage all assigned project-purchasing activities, following FDS and ensuring project objectives.
Negotiate and implement technical savings with suppliers.
Lead sourcing processes to ensure reaching quality, price and service objectives.
Present the sourcing processes in assignments committee for the assigned suppliers.
Develop and ensure the necessary information is relayed to the assigned suppliers (current and potential) for the Commodity Manager, in order to allow proper product family strategy monitoring.
Participate in purchasing monthly report processes for all projects and suppliers that are assigned.
Observe Ficosa's Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.
Lead the team, guaranteeing its effectiveness, development and motivation, fostering Ficosa's values.
Provide the team with the necessary means to comply with OHSE rules, ensuring they are properly used.
Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OHSE and Quality department.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
**Academic background**:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or economics
**Languages**:
Fluent local language & Fluent English (spoken & written)
**Experience**:
Minimum of 2 years in a similar position
OTHER SPECIFICATIONS
**Additional training**:
Specialized in purchasing, FDS or FPS would be of additional value
