- Support Manager to build team environment to achieve goals and objectives

- Coordinate contract preparation and execution, conduct price analysis, and evaluate contracts for large purchase agreements, management instructions, policies, and procedures according company guidelines.
- Collaborate with various departments, such as supply chain operations, financial analysis, and manufacturing, to enhance planning and execution. to ensure on-time delivery and effectively manage vendor performance.
- Conduct sourcing activities, price negotiations, and work with stakeholders on vendor selection criteria and contract management.
- Develop strategic contracts with suppliers ensuring full compliance with the requirements
- Form strategic partnerships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and conditions to support business objectives
- Implement JIT material availability, faster inventory turns, and available floor space utilization to increase productivity.
- Participate in supplier evaluation model processes for supplier selection and development in accordance with company guidelines.
- Reduce costs through strategic negotiations, product improvements, and labor savings, aiming for annual cost reductions without compromising quality or delivery.
- Exceed annual cost reduction goals without compromising quality or delivery by leveraging strengths in cost-effective procurement management and vendor negotiations.
Experiência y requisitos
- + 7 years of experience as Buyer MRO's preferably in the Aerospace industry
- Green Belt certification.
- Problem solving skills.
- APICS certification (preferred)
- College degree in
Business or Engineering
- Strong analytical skills ability to take direction and
execute with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent organization and communication skills.
- Residence in Mexicali.
- Bilingual
