We're seeking a passionate and dedicated Buyer Success Specialist to bring their unique talents to our collaborative and supportive environment.**Your Impact**In this role at Equivity, you'll nurture and manage our buyer database, building lasting relationships and keeping buyers engaged with the business acquisition process.**What You'll Do**:- **Buyer Database Management**: Develop and maintain the office's buyer database, ensuring consistent communication and follow-up with prospective buyers.- **Relationship Building**: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with buyers to ensure ongoing engagement and interest in business opportunities.- **Business Matchmaking**: Present and recommend businesses from our portfolio to potential buyers based on their acquisition preferences and investment criteria, and collaborate with a franchise acquisition agency to introduce new opportunities and business options.- **Buyer Retention Strategies**: Implement strategies to retain buyer interest throughout the acquisition process, ensuring buyers remain active and committed.- **Pipeline Management**: Monitor the buyer pipeline, ensuring timely and efficient movement through the buying process.- **Performance Reporting**: Provide regular updates on buyer engagement, deal progress, and completed transactions to align with office goals.- ** Commission-Based Performance**: Earn commissions based on successful business sales to buyers, with unlimited earning potential based on performance.**What We're Looking For**:- Experience in Sales or Administrative role- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for buyer interaction and relationship-building- Ability to work independently and drive results through consistent buyer engagement- Experience with CRM systems for database management- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills- Advanced English, both written and verbal.**What We Offer**:- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm.- $18,000 pesos per month- Unlimited commissions potential based on performance- Opportunities for professional development.- A progressive company culture where your ideas are valued.We value each team member's contributions and are committed to maintaining a workplace that encourages both individual and collective success.E04JI802n1q2406yf6o
