Buyer / Supplier Development

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Buyer / Supplier Development Specialist with expertise in the automotive industry. This role will be crucial in managing supplier relationships, optimizing procurement processes, and driving supplier performance to meet the high standards of quality, cost, and reliability required in the automotive sector.You will play an integral part in sourcing key components, developing long-term supplier partnerships, and ensuring supply chain resilience, particularly as we push towards innovation and sustainability in automotive manufacturing.Qualifications and SkillsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.A background in automotive or mechanical engineering is a plus.4-6 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or supplier development within the automotive industry.Strong experience with automotive suppliers, especially Tier 1 or Tier 2 suppliers, in areas such as metal stamping, injection molding, electronics, or powertrain components.Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken) is required.
