Buyer (Temporal)

Descripción y detalle de las actividades- Buy components/product in a timely manner and creatively to defined suppliers in support of MRP/ Shortage Report & company tools available to meet customer delivery expectations. - Manages orders for delivery performance and takes all actions necessary to support production. - Confers with staff, users, and vendors to discuss defective or unacceptable goods or services and determine corrective action. - Evaluates and monitors service performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and to determine need for changes and inform Sourcing Manager if changes are needed. Follows departmental processes/procedures to ensure consistency. - Shares best practices with other buyers. Monitors ECN and all changes affecting supply and demand.
