**Your task will be**
- Develop short
- and long-term category strategies to accomplish organizational goals.
- Leads continuous cost reduction improvement process for category.
- Negotiate the most favorable agreement possible, and to prepare documentation for agreements in accordance with law to protect company interests.
- Resolve discrepancies or negotiate settlements to the best possible long-term advantage of this organization.
- Ensure adherence on procedures, policies, regulations, best practices and continuous improvement.
- Prepare purchase orders or other agreements, check them for accuracy and completeness before issuing.
- Review agreements and contracts and resolve any discrepancies with the supplier.
- Negotiate price agreements to establish purchasing catalogs and eliminate repetitive spot buys.

**To succeed in this role, you will need**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Engineering or related field
- +2 years of experience in manufacturing industry in non-productive purchases.
- Management of Microsoft Office and Coupa desirable.
- Indispensable knowledge in non-productive purchases.
- skills: effective communication, service attitude, teamwork.
- Level English advanced.
