**What is the job about?**
As a C&C Supervisor/Scrum Master you will be a member of the regional C&C leadership team reporting to the Finance Manager and is responsible for timely and quality credit and cash collections on the assigned portfolio for the team.
This position will operate hybrid function of the Apodaca, NL facility.
**Your main responsibilities**:
- Ensures the effectiveness and efficiency of the operational team, processes, and their continuous optimization in coordination with the Finance Manager
- Provides functional guidance, training, and assistance to team members to keep the team motivated so that individual and collective performance meets the needs of internal and external customers.
- Allocates and prioritizes tasks among team members to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Conducts team meetings and ensure the communication within and between all teams of the Finance OtC department.
- Removes impediments to the operational team's progress.
- Provides and coaches the team to deliver high value services and support.
- Delivers the defined KPI reports on time for all operational related activities.
- Implement all other related tasks requested by Finance Manager
- Proactively interacts with stakeholders to raise awareness of issues encountered along with any actions taken to support resolution.
- Seeks for continuous improvement opportunities and increase the quality of service.
**Your background**
We imagine that you have:
- Master's or bachelor's degree in economics or finance
- Min. 5+ years work experience in senior role in finance activities in Order to Cash
- Min. 7+ years people leadership experience
- Advanced level of English, both verbally and written
- High level understanding and overview of the end-to-end Order to Cash processes.
- Advanced MS Excel user
- Advanced SAP FSCM and AR user
- Expert in understanding team dynamics and how teams work.
- High level of customer focus/customer centricity
- Able to decide independently and take action.
- Aptitude for working adeptly in diverse operational conditions and concluding tasks within specified periods.
- Presenting & Communicating Information clearly in a global environment
- Able to persuade & Influence others.
