Manages credit and collection processes, ensures compliance with company policy and legal requirements, assures process quality, and provides training and support. Analyzes customer's financial condition to determine credit limit and risk rating. Maintains ongoing relationships with high-value customers and sales organizations. Monitors e-commerce systems and credit card transactions to detect fraud. Ensures payments are collected in a timely manner and resolves issues and disputes that prevent customer payment.Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert. Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies. Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients. Exercises significant independent judgment to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives. May provide mentoring and guidance to lower level employees.Responsibilities:Uses financial statements to independently determine the financial condition of customers and decides credit limit recommendations for highest monetary value customers.Manages accounts of customers with the highest monetary value and highest risk that require independent judgment.Interacts with customers of the highest monetary value and builds relationships with senior executives.Resolves highly complex issues independently; acts as an escalation point for more junior individual contributors.Reviews credit recommendations of lower-level individual contributors for large customers.Presents credit recommendations to VP level management at the company and at cross-function meetings
