Cad Designer

Experience with CATIA V5 or Solidworks or Creo in sold modeling for structures, plastic molding,Compression molding, BIW, etc.Past experience working for an OEM or Tier 1 SuppliersSummary:- As a Designer Group this position is to supports the in design, analysis and feasibility studies for new components or products using customer-supplied background data. This position is responsible for creating the required components/assemblies to completion.- Manage customer data. Perform Design Reviews through thru conf calls or teams meeting.- Review design problem areas, ensuring product meets all requirements- Use/manage customer specific CAD program(s) for 3D modeling, drafting techniques, and engineering terminology- Familiar with the applicable product materials and production processes- Continuous improvement of design activityOther duties as assignedEducation/Experience of the Senior Designer:Bachelors degree in design3-5 years of experienceProgressive work experience and proven CAD software proficiencyPrevious experience with solid modeling
