Cad Operation And Support

**Job Requirements****Roles & Responsibilities**:- Providing end-user technical support to CAD users- Collaborating with Digital Technology management and end user stakeholders to develop CAD strategies.- Developing and executing CAD version upgrade plans and version standards- Driving adherence to best practices to improve user effectivity & streamline business processes.- Overseeing and monitoring licenses and ensuring compliance with licensing constraints- Authoring self-help and technical documentation- Maintaining standard CAD components and templates- Functioning as a single point of contact between end users and software vendors- Helping to maintain testing and lab environments for troubleshooting of reported issues.- Packaging and customizing CAD software and customized installations for rollout and self-serve installations.- Facilitating CAD/CAM user group meetings and learning sessions**Work Experience****Required Skills (Technical Competency)**:To be successful in this role you will:- **Enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures, maintain a strong customer focus, and have good verbal and written communication skills**:- **Experience with Siemens NX and/or Dassault Systems SolidWorks is an advantage, as well as experience with other CAD tools and engineering software.**:- **Working experience in Oil & Gas domain****Job Type**: ContractContract length: 12 monthsPay: $403.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per week
