Cad Specialist

A multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is looking for Talented People to cover the position of AutoCAD Drafter for their Mexico City office at Lomas Neighborhood. In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:
**Primary function**: The Drafter Engineer will work with Consultants Team in México & USA to create and update Drawings and details. Review models and drawings using best practices.

**Essential Functions**:

- Creates 2D drawings using AutoCAD Software.
- Design Development and Construction Documents sets
- Maintain CAD database.
- Document all the changes for every drawing revision
- Organize all information including requirements, revisions, change request, mistakes, etc. to provide a fast answer for internal inquiries.
- Maintain continuous and fluent communication with consultants in Mexico and USA

**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Able to communicate in and understand English B2+up. Bilingual is a plus.
- 3+ Years experience of CAD 2D and 3D drafting using CAD software with architectural or engineering firms.
- Highest Level of CAD Skillset.
- Knowledge of the construction process. Building Envelope, Roofing, Structure. e.g
- Autodesk certification is a plus.
- Self-driven worker
- Microsoft Office
- REVIT is a plus.
