RIGHT NOW.**Title**: CAE Engineer**Primary Location**: Mexico (MX) - Nuevo León JD Shared Svcs-Monterrey**Function**: Engineering (CA)**Main Responsibilities**:- Close communication with Design and Testing Engineers to develop and execute analysis and/or test plans for Product Verification and Validation.- Analyzes John Deere products CAE/Stress activities and determines CAE/Stress model specifications and acceptance criteria to be met.- Compiles and furnishes necessary information (engineering decisions and reports of pertinent design analyses data) to share results and concussions and further documentation of the assigned activities.- Applies knowledge of company products, policies, and best practices to drive the improvement and standardization of CAE practices for John Deere products.- Provides mentoring and guidance to less experienced engineers in the team.**What Skills You Need**:- Finite Element Method industry experience (3+ years).- Technical experience related to structural analysis of components/systems (3+ years).- Experience with Altair Suite/ANSYS/ABAQUS.
