Cala Site Implementation Manager (Portuguese

As a Site Implementation Manager you will be having a customer facing position responsible for end-to-end provisioning process, since order placement with carrier until handover to the end customer (in case of Managed services until Test and Turnup)

And you will do:

- Responsible for customer status updates and communication (excluding initial site validation)
- Oversee all expedites and escalations
- Responsible for Client Request task and communication plan with internal departments
- Responsible for site survey results and communication
- Track Equipment Procurement and Shipment
- Responsible for ordering data lines with telco suppliers,
- Lead and execute necessary access provisioning activities
- Track and manage circuits to order completion
- Responsible for coordination of service activation / data quality check / migration and task closure
- All billing tasks

**What you will bring**:

- Must be bilingual; fluent (advanced) in English comprehension, speaking and writing. Portuguese is a strong asset
- Bachelors, or associates degree preferred
- Good analytical and work skills
- Computer literate with experience of a range of software packages (MS Office advanced user)
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining quality output
- Strong commitment to process and quality improvement
- A confident communicator with the ability to communicate effectively with vendors and customers
- Liable, detail oriented, proactive and willing to take ownership of issues and drive
- Good team member, with ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport
