Call Auditor (Qa Analyst)

Over the years, we have successfully worked with more than 70 000 small and medium businesses both in Europe and the USA.Currently seeking our new Call Audito or QA Analyst- Ensures that quality standards are followed to accurately and objectively evaluate and monitor agents.- Collects, measures, analyzes, reviews and reports data/behaviors that gauges quality levels and translates such data into actionable feedback.- Identifies critical issues, potential threats/behaviors, and trends affecting the company and/or quality assurance, then provides timely recommendations to his/her QA Team Lead regarding appropriate counter measures and potential solutions.- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to determine preventive, corrective and improving action plans, if necessary.- Participates or facilitates effective team meetings to help drive team performance and deliver the targeted key performance indicators.Work Condition:- Remote position- Monday to Friday- Weekly pay- Full benefitsCompany Values- Get Stuff Done, Deliver Results, Own It!- Directly Communicate, Fiercely Collaborate- Work together to solve issues and improve the business quickly, efficiently, and effectively.
