Currently seeking our new Call Audito or QA Analyst
- Ensures that quality standards are followed to accurately and objectively evaluate and monitor agents.
- Collects, measures, analyzes, reviews and reports data/behaviors that gauges quality levels and translates such data into actionable feedback.
- Identifies critical issues, potential threats/behaviors, and trends affecting the company and/or quality assurance, then provides timely recommendations to his/her QA Team Lead regarding appropriate counter measures and potential solutions.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to determine preventive, corrective and improving action plans, if necessary.
- Participates or facilitates effective team meetings to help drive team performance and deliver the targeted key performance indicators.
