Your role is key to our client's success, as you will be instrumental in ensuring prompt and effective follow-up with parents interested in our clients' schools. Additionally, you will oversee the smooth functioning of our enrollment support services and consistently strive to ensure client satisfaction.**Your Impact Will Be**By joining the MVS team, you will play a crucial role in crafting the experience for parents interested in our clients' schools. Your effective communication and problem-solving skills, combined with your ability to transmit the school's philosophy, will contribute to heightening parents' satisfaction and loyalty.**Responsibilities**You will be responsible for effectively communicate the school's philosophy to interested parents. In addition to:- Handling inbound calls and resolving client queries efficiently.- Following up on parents' calls where necessary.- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures- Managing and overseeing the provision of services across multiple schools, including organization, control, and monitoring.- Working with the team to improve call center performance.- Other duties as assigned.**Growth Plan**In the first three months as a Call Center Agent, you will:- Being immersed in the school environment, supporting interested parents in the educational processes.- Improve your communication and problem-solving skills.In 6 months, you will:- Contribute to the department's development by enhancing the standard operation processes.- Influence company policies related to Enrollment Support and engagement.**Competencies**To succeed in this role, you will need:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making.- Experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or educational setting.- Ability to manage and organize and present data.**Performance Objectives (KPIs)**To measure your success in this role we will track:- School Satisfaction Rate- Student Enrollment Percentage- Average Calls- Call Quality**Requirements**:- Undergraduate students in any field of study.- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.- Computer with 8GB RAM, Core i5/Ryzen 5 processor, and internet speeds above 30MB as a minimum
