**Selected applicants must have**:
- Navigate the internal database and notate records of customer interactions,
process customer accounts, and file documents
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
employees/vendors as needed
- Coordinate and ensure completion of maintenance requests
- Coordinate appointments for repairs between vendors and tenants and document
accordingly in the work order.
- Conflict resolution skills
- Identify, communicate, and escalate issues to supervisors when needed
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Research required information using available resources
- Process work orders, forms, and any other document needed
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
- Coordinate appointments for leasing prospects
- Participate marketing activities and post available home on social media pages
- Conduct quality control phone calls to ensure customer satisfaction
- Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- 100 % Fluent in English and Spanish
- 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
- Excellent data entry and typing skills
- Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to handle the stressful situation accordingly
- Education: Prior experience in Property Management (Preferred, not required)
- Good Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Visa and ability to travel to the United States 1-2 times per week
