Call Center Agent

We are an asset-based transportation company from Boiling Springs, SC, with locations throughout the world. Carolina Logistics Inc. is connecting a logistics industry. Using a combination of technologies, experience, and exceptional service, we help companies move products across North America, starting with the world's largest trade routes: Mexico / US / Canada / cross-border trucks.**Responsibilities**:- Communication and negotiation with contractors of the company on USA market (English speakers)- Register of contracts and agreements- Organization and coordination of transportation- Control of timely of cargo- Record keeping- Ability to build working relationships.- Effective communication and follow-up.- Negotiation on service rates.**Requirements**:- No working experience is required.- English level upper intermediate or higher- Willingness to work with the market and clients from the USA.- Experience of working in the following companies is a plus - Teletech / American Express / Telvista / Teleperformance / Human capital- Record-keeping, time-management, and organization skills- Client management and data management skills- Analytical and multitasking skillsWhat do we offer?- Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:50 a.M. to 5:00 p.M.
