Call Center Representatives are the front line from the company with the client, they are in charge of helping customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products, services, billing, take orders or process returns. CSRs must understand the product and answer questions or solve issues on an empathetic and effective manner.**Responsibilities**:- Use high value selling to meet our client's technology, product, and service sales targets, through explanation of the overall value, features and benefits of all products and services offered by our clients.- Use high value support to meet our technology, product, and service targets, thorough an explanation of the overall value, features, and benefits of all products and services offered.- Assess the needs of inbound or outbound customers to answer questions about products and services and to provide solutions that fit customer's needs.- Assess the needs of inbound customers to answer questions about products and services and to provide solutions that fit customers' needs.- Understand the process of reselling to a previous customer using the onboarding process.- Timely process of sales order entry as well as any other administrative tasks associated with sales activities.- Always aim to maintain a business relationship between the customers and our client.**Success Factors**:- Must Speak fluent English- Meeting service level performance measures- Demonstrates ability to build rapport with customers- Proficiency in computer systems**Perks**:- We pay weekly base of MXN$3000 and can make up to MXN$4200 with incentives- Hiring/Loyalty Bonus: $7000- Training completion bonus: $500- Referral bonus: $2500 new hire, $1000 rehirePay: $3,000.00 - $4,200.00 per weekAbility to commute/relocate:- Hermosillo, Son.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Language**:- English fluently (required)
