Present in 75 countries, our 21,100 employees speak 70 languages, handle over 71 million cases each year, and are motivated to go the extra mile to offer peace of mind to our customers around the world.We're looking for our new members!**Roles**:- As main function, you'll be responsible for ensuring the efficiency, effectiveness in the assistance operations.- Anticipate and launch recruitment sessions in alignment with clients, local HR and training.- Counsel and support direct reports on day-to-day business activities and align priorities.- Ensure the following meetings with the team. (Weekly and monthly)- Develop and maintain all procedures related documentation (SOP / Process Flow, guidelines, etc.)- Design and adapt the team organization proactively for the achievement of business and cultural goals.- Monitor performance and build action plans to meet operational targets (Coverage, quality, productivity)- Provide documented and signed targets to all employees.- Create te slide decks with accurate and meaningful information, organize weekly and monthly performance reviews with client managment.- Support clients in ramping up new capabilities and transferring the knowledge.**Minimum Requirements**:- +5 years of experience in the Insurance Operations leadership.- Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.- Bachelor's degree in business or related.- High level of emotional intelligence.**Offer**:- $33,000 to $37,000 gross salary according to experience.- Food coupons.- Law Benefits + Life Insurance, Health insurance, saving funds (13% limit)- M-F working days.Be part of our family!Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $25,000.00 - $29,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasEducación:- Bachillerato terminado (Obligatorio)Experiência:- Call Center: 2 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés Avanzado (Obligatorio)
