**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and audit calls to ensure quality and identify improvement areas
- Generate daily and weekly performance reports
- Participate in calibration sessions to align quality standards
- Support training initiatives and assist with operational needs as required

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
