Call Center Recruiter

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**- Must maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with discretion- Ability to work well under pressure**Requirements**:- At least one year of demonstrated recruiting success in a "high volume" environment, preferably in a call center.- Experience recruiting on a VIRTUAL platform is a MAJOR plus- Advanced skills with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet- Strong prioritization, organizational and communication skills with a high degree of professionalism, integrity and service orientation- Relationship building and consultative skills-Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision- Knowledge of recruiting/placement laws and practices- General Human Resources knowledge and background preferred-Ability to work well with deadlines and high-pressure environment.Pay: $6,000.00 - $8,000.00 per week
