**We Offer You**:
**Salary**: $78.00 MXN Per hour (doing 80 hrs. every 2 weeks $6,240 less taxes) +Commissions: Between 3K to 6K out of sales, unlimited.
**Work Schedule**:
7:30am CST to 4:30pm CST
8:00am CST to 5:00pm CST
9:00am CST to 6:00pm CST
10:00am CST to 7:00pm CST
**Required Skills**:
85% level English as minimum
1 year of sales experience
Intermediate computer skills
Outbound/Inbound support experience desirable
Documentation and Record-keeping habits
Self-motivated
**Specific Duties and Responsibilities**:
Initiate outbound calls to customers to confirm and assess their current debt situation
Clearly and persuasively explain our debt settlement/enrollment programs.
Provide comprehensive information about the benefits of our services and how they can help customers save money and close their debts faster.
Handle incoming calls from customers seeking assistance
with their debt-related queries.
Address customer concerns, provide information about our services, and guide them through the enrollment process.
Effectively manage a relatively lower volume of inbound calls compared to outbound efforts.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including call notes and relevant information.
Ensure all customer information is kept confidential and handled with utmost integrity.
Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction goals.
