Call Center Sales Representative

**About the Role**:
**Call Center Representatives are the front line from the company with the client, they are in charge of helping customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products, services, billing, take orders or process returns.
**

**Requirements**:

- **Must Speak fluent English**
- **Meeting service level performance measures**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Assess the needs of inbound or outbound customers to answer questions about products and services and to provide solutions that fit customer's needs.

- **Understand the process of reselling to a previous customer using the onboarding process.

- **Timely process of sales order entry as well as any other administrative tasks associated with sales activities.
