Call Center Supervisor

This role is in an ever-changing, energizing environment that provides you with the opportunity for learning new skills and continuing to grow your career.The Call Center Supervisor will handle ongoing supervision to a team of call center agents, communicating and coaching on performance standards and measurements to direct reports. Perform a specified number of quality call monitors per rep per month. Conduct quality monitoring review with directs. Conduct one on one employee performance review monthly. Prepare and deliver bi-annual performance reviews. Monitor and manage client performance guarantees.**Required Qualifications**- 3+ years' experience in a related role- 4+ years' experience in Operations with progressively increasing responsibility- 4+ years of leadership experience- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Advanced level of Microsoft Package (especially Excel)- 100% English proficiency**Schedule**:Depends on the project you get selected for, mostly 8:00 to 6:00 or 9:00 to 7:00Pay: $25,000.00 - $40,000.00 per month
