The Call Center **Trainer** is responsible for the creation and execution of training programs, using knowledge of principles and methods for training design, instruction of individuals and groups, and measurement of training effectiveness.

**DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND STRATEGIES DEVELOPED**
- Be responsible for conducting the training to new hires and evaluate the trainees.
- Identifying training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with all departments
- Designing and developing training and development programmed based on organization's and the individual's needs
- Working in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization,
- Developing effective induction programs
- Conducting appraisals
- Devising individual learning plans
- Producing training materials for in-house courses;
- Monitoring and reviewing the progress through questionnaires and discussions with supervisors and managers
- Ensuring that statutory training requirements are met
- Evaluating training and development programs
- Amending and revising programs as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment
- Helping supervisors and managers, solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups

**SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE QUALIFICATIONS**
- Trainer must be excellent communicators. Need to have a thorough understanding of their company's or call center's mission and how to accurately relay that mission to the representatives who they are training.
- Trainer should be organized, energetic and able to motivate employees, and like trainers in all industries, be patient and resilient. On top of those things, trainers must be experts in how to operate the equipment needed for the job.

**DIRECT REPORTS**

The trainer will be responsible of the new hires during training. He will assume the responsibilities as a Supervisor for the training group.

Sueldo: $20,000.00 - $22,000.00 al mes
