$20,000 HIRING BONUSJob Summary:Call Support - Roadside Assistance help customers solve various roadside problems, which could considerably impact their personal or professional lives. Every customer that calls needs our assistance immediately. They may be in a dangerous situation, experience bad weather, or about to miss an important appointment. This position is primarily responsible for contacting roadside assistance service providers and securing white glove service for luxury brand customers.The Call Support - Roadside Assistance works with a sense of urgency and professionalism to ensure that a roadside service provider is dispatched effectively and efficiently, avoiding any unnecessary delays in rescuing the customer and meeting the expectations that come with luxury automotive brands.PRIOR MOTOR CLUB EXPERIENCE IN LUXURY BRANDS, PROVIDER ACQUISITION AND ESCALATED EVENTS REQUIREDKey Responsibilities:- Employ probing questions and actively listen to customer issues or questions, showing interest and compassion and displaying empathy for the caller's situation.- Resolve routine, complex, and unique questions/issues.- Ensure facilitation of first call resolution and customer satisfaction- Acquire service providers and provide information to enable a fast, efficient rescue- Provide high level of service as expected for luxury brandsFunctional Skills:- Strong empathy skills and a 'heart' for helping others- Strong English proficiency- Excellent level of communication skills (both written and verbal)- Flexible and adaptable to business requirements for changes needed to service the customer- Ability to prioritize and multi-taskIntegon, a Great Place to Work, provides innovative technology and customer support services to major personal lines insurance providers, including Fortune 100 companies rated A+ (Superior), by A.M.
