**Responsibilities**:
- As a CAD/CAM Programmer, you will develop and modify CNC programs using CAM software like Mastercam to produce precision parts.
- This role includes setting up and operating milling machines and lathes, interpreting blueprints, and collaborating with engineers and designers.
- Ensure quality control with precision measurement tools and troubleshoot design and production issues.
- Technical skills and attention to detail will be key in maintaining product quality.
- Develop and Modify CNC Programs
- Use CAM programming software to create and adjust CNC programs for precision machining
- Set Up and Operate Machines: Set up and operate milling machines and lathes to produce precision parts
- Blueprint Interpretation: Collaborate with engineers and designers to interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Quality Control: Utilize tools like micrometers and calipers to measure and inspect finished products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve design and production issues
- Work closely with production teams to ensure accurate execution of designs.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.
- Certification in Mastercam or other CAD/CAM software is highly desirable
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in CNC programming and operation.
- Experience on Steel and Copper Mold Manufacturing preferable
- Knowledge of plastic molding
- Experience with Mastercam software, particularly the latest version Skill preferable
- Proficiency in Mastercam 2024 for creating and modifying CNC programs Preferable
- Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and toolpath generation
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
- Knowledge of Steel and Copper machining properties
- Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve design and production issues.
- Attention to detail for quality control and precision in machining.
- Familiarity with other CAD software like SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
- Basic knowledge of CAM software integration with ERP systems
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with engineers, designers, and production teams.
- English 75% is a must
