Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales campaigns to driverevenue growth and expand market share for the Aero business unit. Build and maintain strong relationships with keycustomers, understand their needs and align our solutions to meet theirrequirements. Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing andproduct management, to develop targeted campaigns and deliver value-addedsolutions. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customerinsights to identify new business opportunities and drive continuousimprovement. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of salescampaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems totrack customer interactions and optimize campaign performance. YOU MUST HAVE Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales or campaignmanagement, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships withcustomers and internal stakeholders. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
