**World renowned Cellular Performance Institute looking for Cancer Cell Therapy R&D Associate.**
We are considered by many to be the world's premiere facility for stem cell
treatments and manufacturing. Our weekly stream of clientele includes
professional athletes from the UFC, NFL, MLB and more.
**Responsibilities**:
- Carry out research experiments of immune cells for the purpose of developing protocols of cell products for the treatment of cancer.
- Careful note-taking and documentation of new processes, with eventual development of SOPs and batch records.
- Assist director with onboarding of new equipment, reagents, and processes for the purposes of evaluating new cell products for cancer.
- Monitor, clean, and operate flow cytometry, cell counting, and other equipment related to experimental workflows for process development and cell manufacturing.
- Maintain the appropriate level of training necessary for the manufacture of cGMP Cell in a commercial multi-product facility.
- Build and maintain effective cross-functional relationships with Quality, Genomics, Regulation, and Facilities.
- Follow a culture that embraces workplace safety and patient safety by adhering to company procedures and policies and cGMP requirements.
- Participate in the transfer of technology to cell manufacturing.
- Participate in goal setting, KPI tracking and reporting, and driving continuous improvement through innovation and implementation of lean manufacturing principles.
- Active participant in lab management processes including inventory tracking, procurement, scheduling and supply chain management.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in engineering or chemical, biological, or related sciences.
- Experience in cell culture (1+ years)
- Experience in flow cytometry (1+ years)
- Basic understanding of immunology and/or oncology or cancer biology.
- Previous experience working in a cleanroom cell manufacturing environment.
- Experience working with dendritic cells, T or NK cells, CAR T cells, lentiviral manufacturing, cell electroporation, or co-culture assays.

**Salary**:
- $31,081.20 MXN gross monthly
