**About the role****What you'll be doing**:- Manage the end-to-end interview process, including troubleshooting system errors, interview monitoring, and managing last minute interview conflicts- Coordinate other recruiting activities as needed and contribute to regional employment brand activity as we continue building Drift's brand as an employment destination of choice.- Be an active member of the Drift People Team, supporting broadly across the recruiting, L&D, and Operations teams as a contributing team member to support ongoing programs or project initiatives.
**Within 1 month you'll****By month 3 you'll****By month 6 you'll****About you and what type of skills you'll need**:- Track record of success with 1+ year(s) in coordination in a high-volume recruiting and/or people operations organization.- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and easily adjust to shifting priorities.- Detail-oriented and able to go beyond day-to-day work to assist customers in a positive manner, taking the initiative to improve outcomes, processes, or measurements.- Adopt a team approach, acknowledging and appreciating efforts, contributions, and compromises.
