**About the role**
**What you'll be doing**:
- Manage the end-to-end interview process, including troubleshooting system errors, interview monitoring, and managing last minute interview conflicts
- Coordinate other recruiting activities as needed and contribute to regional employment brand activity as we continue building Drift's brand as an employment destination of choice.
- Be an active member of the Drift People Team, supporting broadly across the recruiting, L&D, and Operations teams as a contributing team member to support ongoing programs or project initiatives.

**About you and what type of skills you'll need**:
- Track record of success with 1+ year(s) in coordination in a high-volume recruiting and/or people operations organization.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and easily adjust to shifting priorities.
- Detail-oriented and able to go beyond day-to-day work to assist customers in a positive manner, taking the initiative to improve outcomes, processes, or measurements.
- Adopt a team approach, acknowledging and appreciating efforts, contributions, and compromises.
Share the common purpose of the team and work collectively to produce exceptional outcomes.
- Create positive one-on-one relationships within the team and through the business, working in a collaborative and supportive manner.
- Greenhouse (ATS) experience is a plus.
